By using hellodm you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

hellodm.io is operated by Drivetube AI LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean that company.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of what you publish on your rate card. One person, one account.

Automation and Meta's rules

Automations you create run against your own connected Instagram account and are subject to Meta’s platform terms as well as ours. We enforce sending limits, opt-out handling and content checks designed to keep your account within those rules, but we cannot guarantee Meta will never restrict an account.

• Do not use automation to send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Do not impersonate anyone, or automate an account you do not control.
• We may disable an automation that repeatedly violates platform policy.

Plans, billing and taxes

hellodm offers a free plan and paid Starter and Pro plans, billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider. Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian Rupees for customers in India and in US Dollars elsewhere, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our return and refund policy for cancellations and refunds.

We may change our prices. Any change takes effect from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it applies.

Purchases made inside our iOS or Android app, if any, are processed by Apple or Google and are governed by their terms and refund processes rather than ours.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Termination

You may stop using hellodm at any time and delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.
