How much does HelloDM Enterprise cost?

₹99,000 a year in India and $2,400 a year internationally, billed annually rather than monthly. That covers unlimited Instagram accounts, unlimited DMs and contacts, priority support with a named contact, and onboarding help. It is invite only — we confirm the fit and send a payment link rather than offering self-serve checkout.

Why is Enterprise invite only?

Because unlimited account connections is a promise that has to be underwritten. Every account connected to HelloDM sends through the same Meta application, so one customer connecting hundreds of profiles and sending aggressively would put every other customer's automation at risk — including people on the free plan. Talking to you first is the cheapest possible control on that, and it is also what lets us set the account ceiling to whatever you actually need.

Is Enterprise really unlimited Instagram accounts?

Yes for any realistic agency roster. There is a generous safety ceiling in the system that stops a compromised account from connecting hundreds of profiles unnoticed, and we raise it for your account to whatever your roster requires. If you tell us you run 300 accounts, you get 300 — the limit exists to catch abuse, not to cap customers.

What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

Pro covers three Instagram accounts and is self-serve. Enterprise removes the account limit, is billed annually, and includes priority support with a named contact, onboarding and migration help, and help recovering accounts when Meta changes something. If three accounts is enough, Pro is the better value and we will tell you so.

Does Enterprise include team seats or client reporting?

Not yet, and we would rather say so than let you find out after paying. There are no separate team logins, no per-client permissions and no white-label reporting today. Enterprise removes the account cap and adds support; if shared team access is essential to your workflow, tell us in the form and we will be honest about the timeline.
