hellodm.io is operated by Drivetube AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which is the merchant of record for every payment made on this website.

1. Free plan

The Free plan does not require payment and can be cancelled or discontinued at any time without any obligation. Users on the Free plan can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

2. Monthly plan

• You may cancel your Monthly plan subscription at any time.
• Refund policy: no refunds are provided for the current billing cycle. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
• Your access to premium features remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Annual plan

• You may cancel your Annual plan subscription at any time.
• Refund policy: no refunds are provided for the current billing cycle. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
• Your access to premium features remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel yourself at any time: open Settings in the app and press Manage, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancel there, and you can also update your payment method or download past invoices from the same place.

If you would rather we did it for you, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Either way you will receive an email confirmation, and your plan will stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Abuse of refunds

We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who repeatedly subscribe and cancel to abuse this policy. Such accounts may also be subject to suspension.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and significant updates will be communicated by email.
