Delete your data

You can delete your hellodm account and its data at any time. There is no waiting period and no need to contact support.

From the app

Open Profile, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. The deletion begins immediately.

From the web

Open Settings in your dashboard and choose Delete account, or email [email protected] from your account’s email address.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile and sign-in identities.
• Your rate card, handles, links and received proposals.
• Connected Instagram accounts and their access tokens.
• Your automations, conversation records and caption jobs.
• Your watch history and playback progress.

What is retained, and why

Purchase records are kept in an anonymised form — they are financial records we are required to retain, and they no longer identify you. If an automated message was sent from your account before deletion, the compliance record of that send is retained for the period Meta requires, also without identifying you.

Disconnecting Instagram only

If you only want to revoke Instagram access without deleting your account, disconnect the account in Automation. That deletes its token immediately and stops all processing.
