This policy covers hellodm.io and the hellodm mobile app. It describes what we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.

The data controller is Drivetube AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the company that operates hellodm.io. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Account details. Your email address, and the name and avatar your sign-in provider (Apple or Google) returns.
  • Rate card content. Anything you choose to publish — handles, follower counts, prices, links and bio.
  • Instagram data. If you connect an account, we store its Instagram user id, username, avatar and an access token, plus the comments and messages that trigger your automations.
  • Usage data. Which series you watch and where you stopped, so playback can resume.

How Instagram data is used

Connected-account data is used only to run the automations you create. We do not read your inbox for any other purpose, we do not sell or share message content, and we do not use it to train models. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never returned to any client.

Anyone who receives an automated message from your account can opt out by replying, and that opt-out applies to every automation on that account. Disconnecting an account stops all processing immediately.

Payments

Paid plans bought on this website are processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details — the provider handles them directly and confirms the result to us. We record only the transaction id, the plan, the amount, the currency and the country, so we can give you access and produce receipts.

Purchases made inside our mobile app, if any, are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their own privacy terms, and we record the same limited transaction details.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and its data at any time. See the data deletion page for how, and what is retained afterwards.
